An unfinished Florida mega-mansion is back on track to become America’s largest single-family home.

The 90,000-sq ft property — which featured in the award-winning 2012 documentary “The Queen of Versailles” — was all set to take the title before the financial crisis hit in 2008.

The real estate bubble crash forced billionaire time-share mogul owner David Siegel and his wife Jackie to halt construction, reports The Insider.

Work was suspended from 2009 — and the home, dubbed “Versailles,” was even put onto the market for $100 million.

The price was later dropped by $10 million. But no serious buyers came calling.

 

The duo has now revealed that business at Siegel’s firm Westgate is again booming — meaning they’ve taken the palace off the market and can afford to finish it off.

And, astonishingly, 49-year-old Jackie Siegel now wants to make it even more larger and opulent.

“If I have my way, it’s going to be bigger,” she told The Insider.

The 30-bedroom property, in the Orlando gated community The Reserve at Lake Butler Sound near Disney World, was supposed to have been finished for David Siegel’s 80th birthday this year.

It is now expected to be completed in 2017.

Sat on 10 acres of land, it will contain 11 kitchens, a 20-car garage, a bowling alley, a roller-skating rink, indoor and outdoor pools, a video arcade and a movie theater.

There will also be a 10,000-sq ft spa, yoga studio and 20,000-bottle wine cellar.

The 2012 documentary, which scooped a U.S. Directing Award at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, followed the family’s financial downfall.

Jackie Siegel said that the film was not the end of their story, however.

“I’m really looking forward to starting the next chapter of my life and moving into my palace, finishing it and throwing lots of parties – anxious for the world to see it,” she revealed to The Insider.

Par conséquent, est-il possible de la pratiquer par téléphone et quelles sont les exigences édictées par le Coran et la Sunna ? Nous présenterons ainsi successivement les conditions liées au soignant (I), les exigences relatives à l’environnement où est réalisée la « roqya » (II). Nous aborderons ensuite la question de la gratuité de la prestation ou de sa contrepartie financière et enfin les conditions dans laquelle elle est réalisée (III). I- Les conditions liées au soignant Souvent la « roqya » est perçue comme une pratique dispensée par un tiers. Or, il est essentiel de rappeler et de souligner un fait important : la meilleure des « roqya » est celle que nous dispensons nous-mêmes à travers le « dhikr » et la récitation du Coran. Ainsi, pour se prémunir des maux liés au mauvais œil ou à la sorcellerie, il convient régulièrement de lire le Coran et faire des invocations notamment celles du matin et du coucher, de réciter régulièrement la sourate « La vache », de renouveler son intention, de placer la certitude dans son cœur, d’effectuer ses prières etc., et surtout de demander à Allah la meilleure des protections. Toutefois, dans certaines conditions, il est nécessaire de recourir à un soignant. C’est à ce stade qu’il convient d’être vigilant. Il ne suffit pas de se rendre auprès d’une personne qui se présente avec la qualité de cheikh ou d’imam pour accepter de lui confier cette pratique. Comme pour tout procédé et encore plus lorsque cela relève de considérations religieuses, il est important de bien choisir son soignant car ce dernier est tenu de posséder des qualités bien affirmées. La maîtrise du Coran et des traditions prophétiques en la matière est une condition sine qua none, mais insuffisante. La personne doit également avoir des notions de psychologie afin de déterminer la part de sorcellerie et celle de troubles psychologiques fréquents chez les patients. La personne doit posséder une bonne hygiène de vie, notamment spirituelle puisqu’il n’est pas inutile de rappeler que le succès de la « roqya » dépend de Dieu. Ces critères sont difficilement évaluables, surtout par une personne qui est affectée par un mal-être, quelle que soit sa source. C’est pourquoi les proches doivent accompagner la personne dans la recherche d’un soignant qualifié et reconnu comme tel par des référents religieux de
